If you are a tennis player looking to play on a league team, or are a league captain looking to add more players, you may submit this form to add your name to the “Find-A-League-Team” tennis list. Please enter at least either your email address or a contact phone number.
Participation on a CVTA league team is not guaranteed with CVTA membership and is based on availability determined by many factors including: player numbers, captain availability, court availability, and other issues.
Our captains keep on eye on this list when there are openings or enough people to create a new league and people willing to captain.
Entries are cleared every December with the release of updated USTA rankings.
