Online Membership Registration

Membership in the Centennial Valley Tennis Association is open to anyone.

The only prerequisite is an enthusiasm for the sport of tennis. At the CVTA you pay one yearly membership fee but no league fees! In addition, by becoming a member you show your support for tennis in Eastern Boulder County.

Members are entitled to play in USTA leagues:
- Trio, Mixed 18 and over, Adult 18 and over, Adult 55 and over, Women’s daytime doubles, Mixed 40 and over, Adult 18-39, Adult 40 and over, Women’s 2.5 18 and over, ITA Mixed doubles, Adult 65 and over, Women’s summer daytime and Twilight

Boulder County Cup (a yearly fun, competitive event between CVTA, Boulder Tennis Association, and Longmont Tennis Association)

How to Join

You can now sign up and pay for your CVTA membership online. All you need is a major credit card (Visa/MC/Discover/AmEx). To join, follow these steps:

Click the “Join/Renew Now” link above for the membership level you wish to join.
Fill out the form and click the “Sign Up” button.
If you choose to pay PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal website to pay for your membership. If you are paying by check, you will be taken to a page to confirm and click “Submit.”
If you are paying by check, mail your check to: CVTA, P.O. Box 270096, Louisville, CO 80027. Be sure to write the name on the membership in the Notes field of your check so we can match your payment.
You will receive an email confirmation of your membership and payment.

NOTE: The CVTA uses PayPal to handle your credit card payment. The CVTA does not handle or store your credit card data.

Where do the CVTA membership fees go?

City of Louisville and Monarch High School court usage fees (leagues, socials & tournaments).
League coordination.
Boulder County Cup sponsorship.
Member social events.
Community goodwill projects (high school windscreens, bulletin boards, gifts).
Administrative expenses (P.O. Box rental, bank charges, supplies, and liability insurance).
Equipment (roll dries, bulletin board , tables, center straps, tournament tent, signage, etc).
Advertising.

Your membership is valid for the entire calendar year, expiring on December 31.
